Setting up my home studio for leasing beats

Hi,
After years of goofing around, I decided to take full advantage of my recent layoff and compose beats for up and coming as well as established hip-hop, r&b artists and rappers looking for music and beats to used for their demos and projects.
This is my first attempt so I 'm naturally a bit apprehensive yet excited at the prospect of leasing my beats.
This is also my forst blog as well so this year is ending with alot of firsts.
I'll update when I get a chance on how things are going.
My music, once ready, will be available for lease on soundclick and possibly myspace, maybe even roc battle. Still investigating the best options.
I want to test the waters before commiting to an all out business venture with business licensing and all that.
